If you remember something which you would like to add, change or correct you can use this function. Addendum - this allows you to create and/or change a chart note, but not the material on a template.However, if you right click on it, it will tell you the date that the information was actually entered into the computer. After closing and reentering NextGen the visit will appear on the Main Tool Bar in its appropriate chronological order. Custom Visit - this launches a pop-up entitled "Custom Visit" which allows you to create a visit for a prior date.


By using the ALT Key next to the SPACE bar on your keyboard and the corresponding letter will invoke the MENU option. NOTE: Notice the underline letter in each of the menu options.
